Organise a soli event in your town

Soli events for fundraising and spreading information are highly appreciated.

We currently work on a talk about the situation at the border and our work. Please contact us, if you want to invite us for that.

Offer collection places for material donations

We regularly collect material donations. If you can provide a space to collect those, that would be amazing. We regularly publish lists with whishes for donations via our social channels.

Join our collective

We’re currently looking for people, who would like to join our collective. We especially wanna invite people, who are looking for a long-term and committed project.

You don’t need certain experiences to join – we’re open to accompany people in their learning processes. It’s more important to us that you’re open to learn and committed to (self-)reflection. Although it’s quite useful, when you already bring experiences in organizing within anti-racist, migrant and/ or other no border struggles. Additionally we’re looking for people with any of the following skills:

    * Language skills (italian, french, arabic, tigrynia, amharic, farsi etc.)
    * Medical knowledge
    * Legal knowledge
    * Driving skill (especially c1) + cars
    * Mechanic skills
    * Electrician skills

We share a collective drug-free living space and self-organize our daily life together. Next to our practical support activities we take time to reflect about our own positions and privileges in society and how those influence our work on a regular basis. It’s important to us to be able to do this work long-term together, which means to engage in emotional exchange, give space for conflicts before they explode and take care of our bodies and minds properly.

If you want to come here, we encourage you to reflect on your motivations to do so. The notion of white short-term activists/volunteers joining border struggles to validate themselves exists and can reinforce colonial dynamics in the territory. Additionally, the border exists everywhere, every cop, every detention center, every bureaucratic structure, that prevents marginalized people from participating in society and move freely, is a border. The struggle does not begin and end with physical borders. We say this, because we want to highlight that opportunities for anti-racist, anti-facist and solidarity actions are everywhere.

When you’re here for the first time we would highly encourage you to stay at least for six weeks. It takes some time to understand the way this whole complex territory works. This time frame is also necessary to establish more stable group dynamics and to establish relationships – with people we aim to support as well as with neighbors and other groups in the region. If you only stay here for 1-3 weeks you won’t be able to do that. However we also acknowledge that many people just don’t have the time capacities to come here for six weeks. Please contact us no matter how long you can stay. If you can only come for a shorter time period, we can talk about which responsibilities and tasks are useful within a shorter time.

Please write us a mail, if you consider to join. We would like to read a bit about yourself, your experiences&skills and when you would have time to come. Afterwards we’ll schedule a video call, where you can ask us questions and we can figure out whether it fits together.
